Procedures
Registration of Players
- Please check that all information on the registration card is filled in correctly using either black or blue ink. Correcting fluid or scribbling out and changing will not be allowed and will invalidate the registration card. If the player has not been previously registered with the league then identification documents must accompany the card (passport or birth certificate copy). However, if the player has already been registered the year before then the previous seasons registration card attached to the new card must be submitted instead.
- New Photographs (passport size) must be provided when registering at the start of the new season.
- A player must not play for your team/club before your manager has the registration card back from the designated registration secretary
- If you need to visit the registration secretary you must make an appointment with him before hand - please do not just turn up or you will be sent away and fined.
- It is the managers responsibility, as per registration card, to check that the players birth certificate is correct and the registration card is filled in correctly.
- Transfer forms and new registration cards are available from the registration secretary
